What is Fascia Metal?

Fascia metal is an aluminum flashing used to cover the fascia boards and protect them from water damage while also improving the appearance of your home. It can be bought prefabricated or it can also be bent on-site using a sheet metal brake (like in the photo above). It is made from an aluminum trim coil and comes in a variety of colors to compliment any home.

Why get fascia metal installed on your home?

Installing fascia metal provides many benefits to the exterior of your home! It prevents your fascia board from becoming rotten from exposure to water. It's also great to cover up old fascia boards that are still solid but have an unpleasant appearance. 

How much does it cost?

Typically, fascia metal cost around $7-8 per linear foot for single-story homes. If the gutters need to be removed and reinstalled, you can expect to pay a bit more. If your home is a 2 or 3-story, you can expect to pay more. Call us for free inspections and estimates!
